It’s a new year and now is the time when most people make resolutions for what they want to change or improve over the coming year. For some us, what we would like to change is becoming more organized and less stressed about all the things we want to accomplish. In this case, it seems logical to think creating a to-do list is the way to go. However, I’m here to tell you that it’s actually opposite.
In this episode, I explain why a to-do list can leave you feeling even more stressed and overwhelmed than you were before you created it and exactly what you should do instead to get even more things done than you would with a to-do list.
