Are You Quiet Quitting Your Relationship

I’m guessing you’ve heard this term before. In case you haven’t, it’s a term usually associated with the workplace. Quiet quitting describes what happens when dissatisfied workers start doing the bare minimum of their job requirements, sometimes while looking for another job or just because they have given up. They aren’t ready to leave their position, they are not trying to climb the corporate ladder at a job they hate, but they aren’t going to quit either.

In the context of a relationship, quiet quitting refers to those who don’t necessarily want to break up, and they certainly don’t want to be the one to do the breaking up, but they are dissatisfied in the relationship and have settled into going through the motions without any real motivation to make the relationship better or to ensure it’s continuation.

I share nine signs that you are quiet quitting and how you can respond if you notice your partner is quiet quitting the relationship.
