In this Health Tip segment, I talk how you should take care of your body like you would take care of a car if you knew it was the last one you would ever have, why you shouldn’t wash your fruits and vegetables as soon as you bring them home from the store, and how Gummy Bears vitamins will cause you to gain five pounds a year if you consume them every day, and more!

 

Real Talk

In this Real Talk segment, I respond to two listener submitted questions. The first is from a woman who wants to know she can maintain focus without losing her mind as a full-time employee, student, and mother. The second is from a young woman whose boyfriend of nine years recently broke up with her and she feels like she’ll never love again.
