If you don’t continually develop yourself as an individual, you will stagnate in multiple areas of your life. If you’re not working with a coach or therapist, you’ll need to go the DIY route and that starts with understanding why you behave, think, and react in the way that you do.

In this episode, I’m explaining how you can get to know yourself better; including pursuing a relationship with yourself, taking a deeper look at what you think your values are because they might not be true, being honest about both your strengths and your weaknesses, and more.

Real Talk

In this Real Talk segment, I respond to a listener who has divorced her husband after he cheated and has been separated from him for four years now. She’s forgiven him and realized she still loves him, but she knows the relationship wouldn’t work in the long run. However, their lives are still very much intertwined since they have children together and she still sees his family as her own. How does she move on?
