The holidays have snuck up on us and for many this time is filled with warm thoughts of time with family and friends. But for an increasing number of women, this time can spell dread as you think about spending it alone and separating holidays between your co parent partner.
I invited Tammy Daughtry, America’s Co-parenting Strategist, on the podcast to talk about navigating co-parenting over the holidays.
Tammy Daughtry has been helping parents and children since 2003. She holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, speaks internationally and also works with co-parents and children one on one. Her digital resource, “One Heart, Two Homes” can be found in over 30,000 organizations globally. Based in Nashville, TN, Tammy has been a co-parent since 2009 and is blessed to be a blended family mom with four adult children and four beautiful grands. One of her favorite pastimes is reading to her grandkids in her large funky, purple chair… or enjoying a fabulous conversation over chips and queso.
